Ingredients
  

  • Adequate Plant-based Sweet & Sour Meat
  • 800 g Mixed Vegetables
  • 3 Cardamom (bashed)
  • 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
  • 300 ml Vegetable Stock
  • 200 ml Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Microwave the plant-based sweet & sour meat for 3-4 minutes, set aside.
  • Saute chili and ginger. Stir well.
  • Add in mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir through the yogurt. Serve with meat chunks, almonds and biryani rice.
