Ingredients
- Adequate Plant-based Sweet & Sour Meat
- 800 g Mixed Vegetables
- 3 Cardamom (bashed)
- 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
- 300 ml Vegetable Stock
- 200 ml Yogurt
Instructions
- Microwave the plant-based sweet & sour meat for 3-4 minutes, set aside.
- Saute chili and ginger. Stir well.
- Add in mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir through the yogurt. Serve with meat chunks, almonds and biryani rice.
