The main ingredient is yuba. It has an incredibly rich flavour, and I find it extremely delicious. It has a slight spiciness, as well as hints of pepper and spices, making it taste and feel top-notch.

It really has the texture of about 80% pulled pork inside, drizzled with sweet and sour sauce, and accompanied by pineapple and bell peppers. The taste and presentation are really on par with a high-quality vegetarian dish – it's very appetizing to eat.
