Yogurt
Instructions
Microwave the plant-based sweet & sour meat for 3-4 minutes, set aside.
Saute chili and ginger. Stir well.
Add in mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir through the yogurt. Serve with meat chunks, almonds and biryani rice.
