Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Plant-based Teriyaki Unagi
  • 1 packet Plant-based Mushroom Meatball
  • Rice
  • Cucumber (cut in slice)
  • Carrot (cut in slice)
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado (cut into cube)
  • Spicy Mayo Sauce
  • Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rice. Spoon the cooked rice into a bowl.
  • Deep fried the plant-based mushroom meatballs until crispy brown and microwave the plant-based teriyaki unagi for 3-4 minutes.
  • Arrange the plant-based mushroom meatballs and plant-based teriyaki unagi slices on top of the rice.
  • Add in cucumber slices, carrot slices, vegetables and avocado cube on top of the rice.
  • Lastly, drizzle with spicy mayo & teriyaki sauce. Ready to serve.
