Instructions
Cook the rice. Spoon the cooked rice into a bowl.
Deep fried the plant-based mushroom meatballs until crispy brown and microwave the plant-based teriyaki unagi for 3-4 minutes.
Arrange the plant-based mushroom meatballs and plant-based teriyaki unagi slices on top of the rice.
Add in cucumber slices, carrot slices, vegetables and avocado cube on top of the rice.
Lastly, drizzle with spicy mayo & teriyaki sauce. Ready to serve.
