Ingredients
- 1 packet Plant-based Crispy Fried Chicken
- 3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Corn Starch
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup Buttermilk
- 1 Large Egg (separated)
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- Honey
- 1/4 cup Whole Milk
Instructions
- Waffle- Mix together (salt, egg white, egg yolk, buttermilk, vanilla extract, melted butter and sugar) and beat together for about 6 minutes.
- Pour in the waffle ingredients into the cake flour and baking powder and beat it again for 5 minutes.
- Put the waffle batter into waffle iron and toast it until crispy brown.
- Next, deep fry the plant-based chicken until crispy brown.
- Put the waffle into the serving plate and put the plant-based crispy fried chicken on top of the waffle.
- Lastly, drizzle some honey on it and it’s ready to serve!
