Instructions
Waffle- Mix together (salt, egg white, egg yolk, buttermilk, vanilla extract, melted butter and sugar) and beat together for about 6 minutes.
Pour in the waffle ingredients into the cake flour and baking powder and beat it again for 5 minutes.
Put the waffle batter into waffle iron and toast it until crispy brown.
Next, deep fry the plant-based chicken until crispy brown.
Put the waffle into the serving plate and put the plant-based crispy fried chicken on top of the waffle.
Lastly, drizzle some honey on it and it’s ready to serve!
