Ingredients
- 1 packet Plant-based Crispy Fried Chicken
- 4 Medium Plain
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Medium Tomatoes Sliced
- 4 ounces Feta Cheese Sliced
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- Deep fried plant-based chicken until crispy brown. Set aside.
- Dab naan with a little butter on each side, spread on a rimmed baking sheet, and place in the oven; cook until toasted and crisped, about 8 minutes.
- Cut naan in half crosswise and make sandwiches with naan, plant-based crispy fried chicken, tomatoes, feta, mint, and cilantro. Cut each in half if large.
- It’s ready to serve!
