Tandoori Crispy Fried Chicken Naan Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Plant-based Crispy Fried Chicken
  • 4 Medium Plain
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes Sliced
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Deep fried plant-based chicken until crispy brown. Set aside.
  • Dab naan with a little butter on each side, spread on a rimmed baking sheet, and place in the oven; cook until toasted and crisped, about 8 minutes.
  • Cut naan in half crosswise and make sandwiches with naan, plant-based crispy fried chicken, tomatoes, feta, mint, and cilantro. Cut each in half if large.
  • It’s ready to serve!
