Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Plant-based Teriyaki Unagi
  • Adequate Purple Cabbage
  • Adequate Carrot
  • Adequate Cucumber
  • Adequate Corn
  • Salad Dressing (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Microwave the plant-based teriyaki unagi for 2 – 3 mins in frozen state.
  • Shred purple cabbage, carrot and cucumber. Cut teriyaki unagi into small pieces, set aside.
  • Mix corn, shredded vegetables and plant-based teriyaki unagi in a bowl.
  • Drizzle some remaining teriyaki sauce and salad dressing, it’s ready to serve.
