Ingredients
- 1 packet Plant-based Teriyaki Unagi
- Adequate Purple Cabbage
- Adequate Carrot
- Adequate Cucumber
- Adequate Corn
- Salad Dressing (Optional)
Instructions
- Microwave the plant-based teriyaki unagi for 2 – 3 mins in frozen state.
- Shred purple cabbage, carrot and cucumber. Cut teriyaki unagi into small pieces, set aside.
- Mix corn, shredded vegetables and plant-based teriyaki unagi in a bowl.
- Drizzle some remaining teriyaki sauce and salad dressing, it’s ready to serve.
