Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Plant-based Sweet & Sour Meat
  • 1 serving Vermicelli Noodles
  • Adequate Carrot
  • Adequate Cucumber
  • Adequate Bean Sprout
  • Adequate Lime
  • Adequate Lettuce
  • Adequate Coriander
  • 4 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Bird Eye Chilli
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Microwave the plant-based sweet & sour meat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Shred cucumber, carrot, lettuce. Cut lime into half, set aside.
  • Combine sauce ingredients and mix well.
  • Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water for 3 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Place noodles in a bowl, top with plant-based sweet & sour meat, shredded vegetables, bean sprout, cilantro and mint.
  • Drizzle with a few tablespoons of sauce and lime, it’s ready to serve.
