Ingredients
- 1 packet Plant-based Sweet & Sour Meat
- 1 serving Vermicelli Noodles
- Adequate Carrot
- Adequate Cucumber
- Adequate Bean Sprout
- Adequate Lime
- Adequate Lettuce
- Adequate Coriander
- 4 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- Bird Eye Chilli
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Microwave the plant-based sweet & sour meat for 3-4 minutes.
- Shred cucumber, carrot, lettuce. Cut lime into half, set aside.
- Combine sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water for 3 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water.
- Place noodles in a bowl, top with plant-based sweet & sour meat, shredded vegetables, bean sprout, cilantro and mint.
- Drizzle with a few tablespoons of sauce and lime, it’s ready to serve.
