Tandoori Crispy Fried Chicken Naan Sandwiches

Cooking Ingredients

  1. Deep fried plant-based chicken until crispy brown. Set aside
  2. Dab naan with a little butter on each side, spread on a rimmed baking sheet, and place in oven; cook until toasted and crisped, about 8 minutes.
  3. Cut naan in half crosswise and make sandwiches with naan, plant-based crispy fried chicken, tomatoes, onion, feta, mint, and cilantro. Cut each in half if large.
  4. It’s ready to serve!
