Cooking Ingredients

  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and season with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Bake the potato mixture until golden brown. Meanwhile, microwave the plant-based sweet & sour meat for 3 – 4
  3. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl. Add potato mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Top with plant- based sweet & sour meat and ready to serve!
