Mushroom Patty Burger with Fries

Cooking Ingredients

  1. Deep fried the French fries until crispy, drain aside and sprinkle with some salt.
  2. Heat up a wok, pour some oil and pan fried the plant-based mushroom patty and put aside.
  3. Brush the burger bread with butter and put on the wok and heat it up.
  4. Serve the plant-based mushroom patty together with burger bread, tomato slice and vegetable by layer.
  5. Serve together with chilli sauce or mayonnaise.
