Cooking Ingredients

  1. Waffle- Mixed together (salt, egg white, egg yolk, buttermilk, vanilla extract, melted butter and sugar) and beat together about 6 minutes.
  2. Pour in the waffle ingredient into the cake flour and baking powder and beat it again for 5 minutes.
  3. Put in the waffle batter into waffle iron and toast it until crispy brown.
  4. Next, deep fried the plant-based chicken until crispy brown.
  5. Put the waffle into the serving plate and put the plant-based crispy fried chicken on top of the waffle.
  6. Lastly, drizzle some honey on it and it’s ready to serve!
