Cooking Ingredients

  1. Microwave the plant-based sweet & sour meat for 3-4 minutes, set aside.
  2. Saute onion and dry spices for 5 – 6 minutes. Add chilli, garlic and ginger. Stir well.
  3. Add in mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, stir through the yogurt. Serve with meat chunks, almonds and biryani rice.
